Meet Rick And Barb Haynes
Rick is an ordained pastor with the Association of International Gospel Assemblies and a businessman/owner of WWC Biz, a web-based business/ministry. Rick is also a Vietnam veteran, and he works with veterans, pastors, and other men to bring them into discipleship and spiritual growth and healing. Rick has been a youth pastor, an evangelist, and a minister to men for over 30 years. He has also been involved in deliverance ministry for over 30 years.
Rick’s heart is to see men be all they can be for the Lord Jesus Christ. Together with his wife, Barb, Rick teaches on discipleship, real manhood, and holiness, as well as ministering in deliverance and the prophetic.
Barb is a licensed minister with the Association of International Gospel Assemblies as well as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO. Barb has been a registered nurse for 25 years and a medical missionary for 19 years, leading short-term mission teams to several different countries on two continents. Barb has also been involved in deliverance ministry for over 10 years.
Together with her husband, Rick, she teaches on leadership, discipleship, and holiness, as well as ministering in deliverance and the prophetic.

Mission Statement
WWC Ministries comes alongside those who are already doing the work of the ministry. Our mission is to empower those “boots on the ground” through financing, teaching, training, prayer and personal ministry. We recognize that there are many who have been called, but not equipped, either spiritually or physically/financially, who just need some help. The Lord’s calling on us is to fill that gap.
Vision Statement
We envision a Holy Spirit-led, Holy Spirit-empowered, army of Kingdom soldiers, whose King is Jesus Christ, sent forth into the dominion of darkness to set the captives free. We see those who have been called to the business mountain partnered with those in the religion mountain to expand the great commission, both here in the United States, and around the world. No compromise, no surrender, no retreat.
WWC is about Walking with Christ in all things. It is about Kingdom living. We unite those in the business mountain with those in the ministry mountain. WWC BIZ is a unique marketing concept: We join Kingdom business people with customers and help them grow their business. WWC Ministries brings Kingdom growth, through teaching, training, deliverance, prayer, and missions.
